Do you have a prayer request? There is power in agreement. Matthew 18:18-20 records that "whatever we bind or loose on earth, will be bound or loosed in heaven. And if we agree, whatever we ask the Father; He will do for us." I John 5:14 records that "when we pray according to His will, he hears us. And if we know that He hears us; whatever we ask He will do for us." So what is God's will? He wants to show His goodness to us. He desires us to be whole (nothing missing and nothing broken!), healed (physically and mentally), delivered (set free from bondages) and prosperous (in every area of our life!) This fall, Sam and I began praying for God to give us wisdom over the stewardship of our monthly budget as it pleases Him. Soon after, we received an unexpected letter from our mortgage bank stating that, starting December 2009, our mortgage payment would be reduced by $825.00 per month. This was totally an amazing miracle from God!
The most fascinating component about this blessing was that we didn't ask the bank for a reduction, (believe me, if I knew I could've, I would've), nor did we try to refinance - God did the refinancing for us at no charge!
At the beginning of this year while sharing with our church family, Sam coined a phrase "God is going to blow your mind in 2009". Everybody laughed, received it, and is reaping the fruit from it. Little did we know, at that time Sam was calling those things which were not as though they were. So I challenge you according to Ephesians 3:20 (KJV), which says, Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in you!
"Dare to believe God to enter in, in 2010!"
