Our Vision

To see women of all ages be empowered to become all that God has called them to be. The “OLDER Women” will reach out and teach the “YOUNGER Women” how to fulfill their God given purpose and destiny.

As the Founder of Women On Assignment, Ella Bogan's passion as a “Mother in Zion” and as an “Encourager” includes the following:

To Teach . . .

• Women how to put God first through daily word study and a consistent prayer life.
• Women how to skillfully walk and talk in righteousness.
• Women to build character through honesty and integrity.
• Married women to keep in perspective their role with their husbands
  versus their children.
• Women how to be good homemakers and how to better themselves as
  wives.
• Women how to love their children and train them in the way they should
  go according to the word of God.
• Women how to present their bodies as a living sacrifice holy and
  acceptable unto God.
• Women how to respect, honor and support their local church and
  its leaders.
